Information about new St. Luke’s text messages and reminders

Starting on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024 patients will receive St. Luke’s text messages such as appointment reminders, check-ins and scheduling requests from 29569. We are integrating most of our text message services with Epic, our electronic health record, and with MyChart, our patient portal. This will support patients receiving timely, accessible and reliable information to support their health and wellbeing.

Patients may opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP to 29569.

For patients who do not currently receive appointment reminders and related information via text message to their mobile phone and would like to, please text START to 29569 or log into their MyChart account to learn more.

Patients may also request help or more information when registering for their appointment.
